Ever had a pluot? It is a cross between a plum and an apricot. Chef Lisa will be using a pluot sauce atop salmon at her cooking demonstration at the Farmer’s Market Oct 10th.

Happy Birthday Dan! We know you are not nearly as old as Guinness even though you carry yourself with a maturity much older than your actual age. You look very natural in this picture carrying a case of wine and two bottles of champagne. Have a wonderful day.

Guinness has been making beer for 250 years today.
Now that’s a good reason to enjoy a cool one on the patio. Yes we have it on tap.

The outdoor patio is still open and warm. This Wednesday night Nate Greenburg will be playing and it should be a glorious fall evening.

Every day our chefs create new and different soups, salads, sandwiches, entrees, appetizers, and desserts as specials. Today’s sandwich creation by Lisa was outrageous - grilled chicken, sauteed mushrooms, bacon, smoky mozz, egg, arugula and pesto. Wow, I’m speechless.

Dan Jackson’s harvest is in full swing right now with fantastic heirloom tomatoes that burst with flavor. We will be using his tomatoes and potatoes in our menu and to make salads for the upcoming Futurewise “Feast With Friends”.

Last night Bmac concocted a new and worthy cocktail - The St. Germain
Elderflower liqueur with Dogpoint Sauv Blanc, soda and topped with orange zest. Truly unique and delicious.
