Roof top view of the recent Latah Variety Market. The two-day event that took place last weekend was a huge success with 90 vendors and over 2000 guests. Congrats Latah Partners.

Another year, another Taste Washington success. Thanks Don, DB and Justin.

After returning from a trip to the D.C. area, I can report that the Whitehouse garden planted by the current administration is thriving. Here is the best shot I could get from beyond the security gate.

This Saturday and Sunday, June 20 & 21 is the LATAH VARIETY MARKET in our parking lot. 85 vendors will be selling art, antiques, honey, lavender, herbs, pottery, clothes, junk, beads, plants, jewelry, produce, etc.
Along with the live music and great food, we will be offering hard sweet iced tea and spiked arnold palmers for $5. It should be a fun weekend so mark your calendar and stop by from 10 - 4 both days.

We now have Latah Bistro house-made Sausage (Chorizo, Andouille, Lamb), Pepperoni and Bacon shrink wrapped and ready to take home for sale at the Bistro. Come and get it!

Recently, Chef Blaine organized a convoy of Spokane chefs and food enthusiasts to Thundering Hooves Ranch in Walla Walla. In the current issue of the Inlander is a great article about this trip that you can read online - “The Future Of Meat” .
