The first sign of local produce is always rhubarb. We just harvested 50 lbs and it will be making it’s debut on our special sheets this weekend. Welcome Spring.

We get our chickens from Lazy Lightning H Ranch in Rice Washington. Chad and Jamie Henneman raise these chickens using no antibiotics, no hormones and no confinement cages.
