Many of our customers have asked what brand of coffee we use and how they can get it. At the BIstro we serve a special blend from local Spokane roaster, Craven’s and yes it is available for purchase in bulk.
At Latah Latte drive-through
we use Thomas Hammer because the robust blend mixes well with Mocha, Latte and Granitas. Both of these roasters are from Spokane.

We will be changing our weekend breakfast service to lunch in May.
We might add a few breakfast items to the lunch menu to test the market. Also, on Sundays only, we might offer considerable dinner menu items. Let us know what you think.
