Dave and Heather DuPree have used their world travel experiences as influence for design in both the menu and interior for their new restaurant. The menu has a great variety of Continental Cuisine and European Bistro delivered with a fresh Northwest flair.
We prefer locally grown organic fresh food sources here or near Spokane for our ingredients. This will make your meal taste better and help you and our farms stay healthy.

Chef David Blaine, was most recently at the Palm Court in the Davenport Hotel. You can watch him and our other chefs in action in the exhibition kitchen.
